Thraxon Monarch
SPECIES
The Monarch is the oldest living Thraxon and spawns the root species, the layers, and the squills. The UMO has no knowledge of the Monarch, but Kerriah witnessed this controller of all Thraxon species through the memories of the Andor Creedith, who was held captive on their home planet.
