Squill

This Thraxon species makes up the technical brains of most Thraxon Capital ships. Its large blob-like head resides over the helm (bridge area), and its many tentacles weave through overhead channels and access panels throughout the ship. Command crew members neurologically link with the squill through tiny threads from its tentacles, making direct contact with their nervous systems, providing them with living control of the Thraxon vessel.
